Suggested Use

For 1 serving add 1 Tbsp of herbs in 16 ounces of water.

Pour filtered or spring water into a saucepan with a lid and add 1 Tbsp of herbs. When water is at a gentle boil, turn the heat off and set aside. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Strain with a colander. Give thanks and enjoy.

Side note: You can reboil the herbs again by repeating the process. Reuse the boiled roots and add another 16 ounces of water to the saucepan. Gently boil and strain. The purpose of this method is to get more out of the herbs. Plus, you get extra tea to drink for the moment or later.
