I n s t r u c t i o n s :
Remove the shells and veins of the tamarind. Add about four or five pods to a pot with 32 oz water. Allow the water to boil while the tamarind releases its flavor and nutrients. Once the pods look semi-mushed, you can turn the heat off. Pour into a cup, give thanks and enjoy!
Don't throw away the tamarind fruit, instead, pour it into the cup along with the water and mix them for a pulpy flavor full of sweetness and tangy! For a sweeter drink, you may add any natural sweeteners to the drink. (Sweet RAW Honey from BeesNatural247Love™, agave or Stevia leaf extract).
