I n s t r u c t i o n s :
For 1 serving add 1 Tbsp of herbs in 16 ounces of water.
Pour water into a pot with 1 Tbsp of herbs. When water is at a boil, turn the heat off and set aside. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Strain with a colander. Give thanks and enjoy.
